Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
It will take me around 3-5 business days to package your order and then after that it will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for the order to arrive. Every order will include a tracking number to keep up to date on the status of your order once it is in the mail.
Return Policy
I do not offer any returns or refunds unless any of your items arrive damaged. If any items do arrive damaged you will have seven days from your order arriving to report the issue to hello.jamjamstudios@gmail.com.
Note, all sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. JamJamStudios is not responsible for any accidental/unnaproved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.
Important notes for any exchnages
- To qualify for a damaged item exchange you must send photo or video proof to hello.jamjamstudios@gmail.com No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
- For all exchanges please allow 5-10 business days to process
- Some items on my shop are one of a kind and will have to be replaced with a similar item of the same category
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office. JamJamStudios is not responsible for lost mail. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order.
